How to Report Game Issues

We provide a few simple ways for players to let us know when something isn’t working right.

Using the Report Button

When you’re playing a game, look for the red light icon (🚨) in the game window. Click it to bring up the Report Game menu.

From there, you can choose the type of issue:

• Bug – if the game isn’t working correctly.
• Error – if the game fails to load or crashes.
• Other – for anything else you want to flag.

This sends the report directly through the system where it can be reviewed.

If your issue isn’t about a single game — for example: server downtime, community behavior, or other concerns — please visit our support portal at:

What to Expect

Game-specific reports are passed to the developers who maintain those titles. Community and server issues go to the UORealms team. We review reports regularly, though you may not always receive a direct response.
